The other day, I woke up to find a white-tailed deer fawn sleeping in my backyard. They were so calm and relaxed that I was able to walk almost right up to them to take this photo. (I probably could’ve tried to pet them if I were feeling bold!)
They left later that afternoon and wandered off.
